I believe that communication has not changed and the principles of communication are basic, technology only has benefits to improve or worsen communication.

Alastair gives an example of a company that has used technology to change the way it communicates with customers. He explains why it communicates well.

What mistakes did the company make and how could it have improved the customer experience?
When the company uses manual voice over a call it can be tiring and frustrating for customers and they should emphasize efficiency.

If we talk about the four key points about communication, we can add: ´listening is a relevant aspect, we must listen other people, at the same way of telling things is vital, this made reference to: ‘Communication is the two way process'.
